General safety guidelines

2. Avoid drafts and open areas
Do not place candles or open-flame lighting near open windows, doors, or fans. Drafts can cause flames to flicker, spark, or tip the product over.
3. Switch off before leaving or sleeping
Always extinguish candles and switch off lighting before leaving a room or going to sleep. Never fall asleep while a candle is burning.
4. Handle with care
- Never move a candle while it is lit
- Allow wax, containers, bulbs, and fittings to cool fully before touching
- Hot surfaces can still cause burns after the flame or light is turned off
5. Keep away from children and pets
- Place products out of reach of children and animals
- Flames, hot wax, and electrical parts can cause burns or accidents if knocked over
6. Keep surrounding areas clear
Keep candles and lighting well away from:
- Furniture and carpets
- Curtains and bedding
- Books, paper, and decorations
- Clothing or any flammable materials
7. Protect your surfaces
Always place candles on a heat-resistant plate or holder to prevent heat damage to furniture and surfaces.
