We aim to keep our delivery service simple, clear, and reliable.

UK delivery

• We charge a flat rate of £3.50 on all orders under £35.00
• Orders over £35.00 qualify for FREE delivery
• Orders are usually dispatched the next working day
• Delivery normally takes 2 to 3 working days from dispatch

International delivery

• If you are based outside the UK, please contact us before ordering

• We will do our best to arrange delivery where possible

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we are happy to help.
Our returns policy

30-day return period
You can return items within 30 days of purchase.

Condition of items

• Items must be returned in new, unused condition
• Products that have been used cannot be accepted
• Items not returned in like-new condition may receive a partial refund

Refund process

• Refunds are made to the original payment method
• Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund once received and checked

Postage costs

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable

Product care

• We cannot offer refunds for items damaged due to incorrect use
